One of the most dramatic challenges in this home makeover was what to do with the awkward and visually obtrusive atrium just inside the home's front entrance. We demolished it and brought this home to life. Now you walk in and can see all the beauty this home has to offer, including this grand staircase.
The staircase is such a prominent feature, we really wanted to feature it as a design element of the home. The custom steel stringers coated with SW Pro-Industrial enamel, with stainless steel cable railing and Maple stair treads really pull everything to a central point. Anybody looking to do some serious remodeling give Billy Parker a call. The back looks awesome but, you cannot see the porte cache that looks just as good.
The original second bath had a really small footprint and it needed a lot of love.
We were able to enlarge it by converting the adjacent hallway into this space to make the bathroom more functional. With the extra space we were able to add a new vanity, enlarge the shower with an awesome barn door style shower door entry and converted this space into a luxurious and spa-like bath.
The master bath is the epitome of relaxation, this shower offers the answer to day-time stress! With a fixed and hand-held shower heads, as well as a rain head and steam unit. Easy to clean, large-scale porcelain tile walls, along with the glass mosaic tiles, add to the ambiance of privacy and luxury.

We shared last week before and after pictures of this stunning home and this week it is all about the details. Today, it’s all about the kitchen.
These clients chose custom cabinets with clever storage solutions.
We used Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Enamel paint in the Westinghouse White color to finish out the Alder wood cabinetry.
You can see how the 3x9 Astoria glass tiles really highlight the colors in the Blue Galaxy granite countertops.
As shown in the before picture, previously the picture window over the sink was 3 windows,
we removed the 3 windows which brings in more natural light and as a bonus it is a much more pleasant view out over the front landscape.
